The beautiful gardens at Laurel Bank Park Toowoomba QLD. Toowoomba holds the carnival of flowers every year there, and although the city is in drought, and running extremely low on water, they always manage to put on a gorgeous display of flowers every year smile_smile smile_smile smile_biggrin
