This photo was taken in the town centre of Potos but SMART - Rent a Car has offices all over the island, now.
I have rented a car here two years in a row : The service was always a breeze, the owner (you see him in the photo) is friendly and forthcoming. He speaks Greek, English and German fluently (maybe even more languages, I don't know) and the rates are fair - if you are taking the vehicles (mainly economic small and medium but also bigger cars) for a longer period try and ask for a discount... this is Greece after all 
All the SMART Cars I have seen around the island were in good condition, fairly new and obviously well-maintained.
