This is the view from the hill of Elon Moreh, a jewish settlement near Sichem (now called Nablus) and biblical place. It is mentioned, that G-d showed Abraham an overview from the land Isarel from here and promised him to inherit the land and to fill it with his descendants. And it is true - as far as you can see it is filled with Arabs (descendants from his son Ismael) and Israelis (descendants from his son Isaak). On this picture one can only see arab settlements, since the 5 former israeli settlements have been removed as answer to international pressure.
