This is Queens Park Gardens, or rather the foot path on the outside of the park itself. Queens Park Gardens used to be the Toowoomba Botanical gardens many years ago, but sadly the glass houses have all been removed, and now it's a park for people to go and relax, or to take the kids to play. Such a beautiful place to spend a day
