Shot from the historical city centre. This tower was built on the Hordtberg between 1902 and 1905 for the remembrance of the european statesman and Minister-President of Prussia Otto Eduard Leopold, Prince von Bismarck who was also Duke of Lauenburg and Count of Bismarck-Schönhausen... in short: Otto von Bismarck.
The tower has a height of about 28 metres and is open to the public through a restaurant at its bottom.
In 2007 the entrance-fees are moderate: 30 Eurocent for kids, 50 Eurocent for adults.

This is hardly one of Marco's better shots - at least he added an interesting description which makes it possible to give 5 points to this photo... I wonder how the 28 metres were calculated? Taking all those fancy antennas in?
