As laid out in the MyGreat Conditions of Use MyGreat and its personnel asks the users to respect other persons� rights and properties. MyGreat just provides filespace and the forum for the users photos. Naturally it depends on the respective photographers to present only their own works and to observe any and all copyrights, intellectual and personal rights.

Anyone who feels his/her rights are violated by a photo or comment should tell us immediately by means of e-mail ( violations @ mygreatworld.com ), providing us with the following information in order to allow us to remove the photo/comment and inform the respective supplier accordingly:

a) What is your full name, address, e-mail address and phone number?
b) In case that you act on behalf of another person please add your authorisation.
c) Where exactly on the MyGreat-database is the respective material located that infringes the rights mentioned above?
d) In which regard does the material infringe rights or is not authorized by the respective owner or the law?
e) Last but not least we need your affirmation, made under penalty of perjury, that your claim and the data provided is accurate.
